DBS applications must be applied for via the AMA which is an online registration system.
Cost is from £25.00 depending on which check is required by the applicant.
The AMA office require a copy of your disclosure by email to office@amauk.org
AMA DBS Application process
To apply for a DBS fill in the details on the AMA DDC Application form below and return by email to: office@amauk.org we will respond with the cost to be paid by Bank transfer for the application to be processed.
