Practical Dan Grade Application

This form can be used by in date recognised AMA instructors to further develop their students grades. The rules and guidelines for practical gradings by instructors can be found in our Dan grade procedure information. Following the grading examination, please email the practical form including all the information to the AMA general secretary for inclusion into our Black belt National database. This form as a dual use, it would be used by the AMA Technical Committee to further develop by awarding style grades during a practical examination by the (ATC) at their annual technical gradings.
